How long do I have to make a return?

You have a maximum of 14 days from receiving all your purchased items in the same order to return them. This means we MUST receive the item by day 14 after you receive your item. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you receive your return label. Buyer covers the cost of their return.

NO REFUNDS ; HOWEVER EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED  ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:  FINAL SALE AND SAMPLE, SHOP FASHIONABLY, SPECIAL 50% SALES, BUY ONE GET ONE, AND ALL >$10 PRICE DROPS.

Condition

All item(s) must be unworn and in original condition with original packing and tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for a refund. Return refunds only include the payment amount of the item(s).
